Payment Terms

In no event shall Finovate Outsourcing Solutions, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
Finovate reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activities. Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding charges and fees.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, India for the resolution of any disputes.

Finovate reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of amended terms.
